This guide is primarily designed to help new customers make a purchase but existing customers may also find it helpful.
- On the left hand side of the website you will find a list of categories under which all our products can be found. if you click on these they will open up to display a variety of products. Clicking on the products will give you more detailed information.
- When you find what you are looking for just click on add this to my cart. You can add more than one at a time by changing the default 1 to however many you wish to buy. You can continue this process until you have selected all the products that you require.
- When you are ready click on checkout either on the page or alternatively there is a checkout link right at the top of the page.
- This now takes you to the next stage where it gathers your name and address. If you have used the site before just put in your email address and password and all your details will be filled automatically (not bank card details). If this is your first visit just fill in the boxes and make a note of your password for future visits so that you will never need to add these details again. when you have finished just click submit at the bottom
- The next page will ask which delivery method you prefer, but as there is only one choice simply click continue.
- The next page asks for your card details. Once these have been entered click continue again.
- Finally you should get a confirmation of you order displayed.
